A home-kitchen version of mexican bean salad, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 2 cans Ranch Style red beans, washed and dried in colander
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3/4 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar)
- pepper to taste
Method
At the last minute before serving, add 1 cup Catalina dressing and about 1/2 bag crushed Fritos.
