Mexican Lasagna

A italian take on mexican lasagna, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good chicken and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 medium bag Doritos
- grated cheese (Cheddar)
- garlic salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Method
Brown hamburger and onion.
Drain.
Mix soups, tomatoes and milk and add garlic salt and pepper.
Layer Doritos in casserole dish.
Sprinkle hamburger over Doritos.
Pour soup mixture over hamburger.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Serve with tossed salad.
