Ingredients

  • 1 can Veg-All, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
  • 1/3 c. plus 2 level Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Method

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients.

  2. Pour into casserole and top with crackers mixed with margarine.

  3. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
