Pecan Pie Squares

A home-kitchen version of pecan pie squares, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. margarine, softened
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Method
Heat oven to 350°.
Grease 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan.
Mix flour, sugar, margarine and salt together.
Mixture will be dry and crumbly.
Press firmly into pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
