Pineapple Salad

A home-kitchen version of pineapple salad, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cans crushed pineapple
- 1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. diced pecans
Method
Mix all ingredients together by hand, squeezing to remove any cream cheese lumps.
Pour into a bowl or 9 x 13 pan and let stand in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
