A home-kitchen version of pork chop dinner, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good pork and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 5 or 6 pork chops
- sliced potatoes (thick)
- sliced fresh mushrooms, drained (canned mushrooms are okay)
Method
Layer ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Pour envelope of dry onion soup and 2 cups of water over top.
(For richer broth, add another envelope of onion soup and one more cup of water.)
Lay foil over top and bake at 350° for 2 hours.
