Potato Casserole

A home-kitchen version of potato casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 bag Ore Ida O'Brien potatoes
Method
Mix all ingredients together in bowl except potatoes, then add potatoes. Pour into casserole dish. Top with crumbled potato chips. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until brown.
