A home-kitchen version of raspberry shrub, written step by step so it's easy to follow that comes together with everyday ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 pt. raspberry sherbet
- 2 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
Combine sherbet, orange juice and lemon juice in electric blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour in glasses and garnish with rolled half-slice of orange, kiwi wedge and fresh raspberry on skewer.
