A italian take on reuben casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. medium noodles, cooked
- 1 (1 lb.) can corned beef
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle creamy Russian dressing
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 3/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
Method
Place in a greased lasagna pan.
Put noodles on bottom, then sauerkraut, followed by soup mixed with milk, then Russian dressing, then meat.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
Serves 10.
