Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1 onion, cut up
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 pod garlic
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
Tenderize and season large round steak (set aside).
Mix remaining ingredients.
