Salsa Fresca

A mexican take on salsa fresca, written step by step so it's easy to follow that comes together with everyday ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 c. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cilantro, chopped
- ground cumin
Method
Mix all ingredients together and store in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
Yields 1 pint. Keeps for a couple of days in the refrigerator, but not much longer.
