A home-kitchen version of silly putty, written step by step so it's easy to follow that comes together with everyday ingredients.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Elmer's school glue (this brand works best)
- 1/2 c. liquid starch
- food coloring
Method
Mix ingredients; stir with a spoon and then knead with fingers, until all the liquid starch is absorbed.
Store in a covered container. If mixture is sticky, this indicates too much glue.
A hard mixture indicates too much starch.
