Sweet Potato Casserole

A home-kitchen version of sweet potato casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 3 medium sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Method
Mix all ingredients with beater.
Heat until hot in 350° oven for 35 minutes.
Cover with marshmallows and heat for 5 more minutes.
