Taco Soup

A mexican take on taco soup, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good pork and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 pkg. dry taco seasoning
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can butter beans
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato juice or V-8 juice
Method
Brown hamburger with onion. Drain.
Add taco seasoning. Combine meat mixture with all remaining ingredients.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Serve with Cheddar cheese, sour cream, crushed corn chips and chopped avocado.
Let each person create their own. Delicious and fun!
