Tuna Noodle Casserole

A home-kitchen version of tuna noodle casserole, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good fish and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. egg noodles
- 1 can tuna
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can peas
- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, cut up
Method
Boil noodles until done, drain.
Add tuna, drained, soup and 1 1/2 cans of water.
Drain and add peas and mushrooms.
Mix thoroughly and simmer until warm.
Salt and pepper to taste. Quick and delicious.
