Ingredients
- 2 c. cake flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c. grated raw sweet potato
- 1 c. pecans
Method
Sift and mix dry ingredients. Mix in other ingredients and bake in 3 layers at 400° for 25 minutes.
