A home-kitchen version of angel pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand
- 2 lemon juice
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 medium container Cool Whip
Method
Mix Eagle Brand and lemon juice first.
Add pineapple, pecans and Cool Whip. Mix all together. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill.
