Apple Coffee Cake

A home-kitchen version of apple coffee cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. chopped apples
Method
Combine egg, sugar and oil.
Mix flour and cinnamon.
Stir into egg mixture.
This is very stiff.
Add vanilla, apples and walnuts. Pour into greased and floured 9-inch cake pan.
Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
