Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Crisco
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. drained blueberries
Method
Mix the first 7 ingredients first, then add blueberries; stir by hand.
Bake at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes.
