Blueberry Cream Pie

A home-kitchen version of blueberry cream pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 c. commerical sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 3 Tbsp. chopped black walnuts
Method
Combine first 6 ingredients; beat 5 minutes at medium speed of an electric mixer or until smooth.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour filling into pastry shell.
Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
