A italian take on broccoli cheese bake, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can cheese soup
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
- Parmesan cheese
Method
Combine all except Parmesan cheese in a casserole dish.
Top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350° until brown and bubbly.
