Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream soup
- 1 c. corn flakes or crackers, crushed
Method
Combine all ingredients and top with crushed topping.
Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Good.
