A mexican take on cheese roll-ups, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 onion, minced
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Miracle Whip salad dressing (to hold together)
Method
Spread mixture over tortilla shell and roll up and slice. This mixture can also be use for a cheese ball and roll in nuts.
