Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 sour cream
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Method
Preheat oven to 325°.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and salt until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Mix well.
