A home-kitchen version of chess pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. meal
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 eggs (add one at a time)
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Mix ingredients in order given.
Bake at 300° to 325° for 30 minutes or until firm.
