Chicken Giblet Gravy

A home-kitchen version of chicken giblet gravy, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good chicken and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 4 to 5 c. chicken broth
- 3 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 c. chopped chicken
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
- 2 Tbsp. water
Method
Mix first 4 ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil.
Reduce to low-medium heat and add flour-water mixture.
Let simmer 5 to 10 minutes over low heat.
