Chicken Spaghetti

A home-kitchen version of chicken spaghetti, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Method
Boil chicken breasts (preferably in a pressure cooker) for 25 minutes.
Let cool and remove skin and fat.
Cut in bite-size pieces and set aside.
