Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Boil chicken breasts (preferably in a pressure cooker) for 25 minutes.

  2. Let cool and remove skin and fat.

  3. Cut in bite-size pieces and set aside.
