A home-kitchen version of christmas rainbow cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 (2 layer size) pkg. white cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
Method
Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in 2 well-greased and floured 9-inch layer pans at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool in pans 15 minutes.
Poke with fork at 1/2-inch intervals.
Do not remove from pans.
