A home-kitchen version of coconut cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- white or yellow cake mix
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 small can cream of coconut
- sweetened grated coconut
Method
Make white or yellow cake mix and bake according to package directions in a 9 x 13-inch sheet pan.
Immediately pour the Eagle Brand milk over hot cake.
Let sit until cake is warm.
Pour the cream of coconut over cake.
Sprinkle with coconut.
