Ingredients

  • white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 small can cream of coconut
  • sweetened grated coconut

Method

  1. Make white or yellow cake mix and bake according to package directions in a 9 x 13-inch sheet pan.

  2. Immediately pour the Eagle Brand milk over hot cake.

  3. Let sit until cake is warm.

  4. Pour the cream of coconut over cake.

  5. Sprinkle with coconut.
