A home-kitchen version of coconut custard pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/3 c. softened oleo
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can coconut
- 3/4 c. sugar
Method
Put all ingredients into blender and blend well 1 to 3 minutes.
Pour into an ungreased pie pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
