Corn Pudding

A home-kitchen version of corn pudding, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
Mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add to corn.
Add melted butter. Add eggs.
Add milk.
Pour into greased casserole.
Place in a pan of water. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
