Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. scalded milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Method

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper.

  2. Add to corn.

  3. Add melted butter. Add eggs.

  4. Add milk.

  5. Pour into greased casserole.

  6. Place in a pan of water. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

  7. Serves 6.
