Cream Cheese Candy

A home-kitchen version of cream cheese candy, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good cheese and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
- 1 lb. box 10x sugar
- 1/4 tsp. flavoring of choice
- small amount granulated sugar
- food color (if desired, of your choice)
Method
Mix cheese, 10x sugar, flavoring and coloring until well blended.
Roll into small balls (about the size of marbles).
Coat each ball with granulated sugar.
Press into molds and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
Then flip out of molds by gently tapping bottom.
Place on paper towel on cookie sheet.
Let dry overnight in refrigerator.
