Ingredients
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 4 c. hot mashed potatoes
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
Method
Combine cream cheese and potatoes.
Add remaining ingredients and place in a 1-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Potatoes will be very hot.
