Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. fine noodles
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 c. rice, uncooked
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 2 cans French fried onion rings
  • 3 cans chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Fry noodles in butter until golden.

  2. Mix all ingredients except 1 can onion rings.

  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

  4. Top with remaining can of onion rings.
