Dry Mix (Oriental Rice)

A home-kitchen version of dry mix (oriental rice), written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good chicken and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fine noodles
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 2 cans French fried onion rings
- 3 cans chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
Fry noodles in butter until golden.
Mix all ingredients except 1 can onion rings.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Top with remaining can of onion rings.
