A home-kitchen version of easy chicken, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good chicken and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 4 medium chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. to 1/2 pt. sour cream (optional)
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1/8 qt. cooking sherry wine (optional)
- dash of poultry seasoning
- rice or noodles
Method
Combine chicken with mushroom soup for 15 minutes at medium heat.
Fold in sour cream, sherry (if used) and poultry seasoning. Cook in shalloww baking dish or pan in 325° oven.
