Ingredients
- 4 c. unpeeled, finely chopped cooking apples
- 1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice, divided
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen egg substitute, thawed
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 3 c. sifted cake flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- vegetable cooking spray
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
Combine apples, 1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice and cinnamon in a bowl; stir well and set aside.
