Ingredients
- 2 lb. whitefish
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- lard
Method
Beat eggs.
Salt fish and dip into eggs.
Mix flour, cornmeal and bread crumbs for breading.
Dip fish in breading.
Fry in hot lard for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
