Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 303) can fruit cocktail (juice also)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Method

  1. Mix all at one time, except brown sugar and pecans.

  2. Beat 3 minutes.

  3. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan.

  4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans.

  5. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
