Ingredients
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 c. fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Optional: 1 tsp. cinnamon, raisins or coconut
Method
Cream shortening, sugars and eggs together.
Add vanilla, stir.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
