A home-kitchen version of garbage cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small box butterscotch instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
Preheat oven to 325°. In mixing bowl with electric mixer, blend cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and water. Spread 1/2 of the mixture in a prepared 9 x 13-inch pan.
