German Chocolate Upside Down Cake

A home-kitchen version of german chocolate upside down cake, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
Method
Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Put coconut and nuts in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix and pour over coconut and nuts. Put melted margarine in mixer with cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix well. Spoon over cake mix and bake 350° 35 to 40 minutes. Do not cut until cold.
