Glazed Pecans

A home-kitchen version of glazed pecans, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. cold water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
Beat egg white with the cold water.
Mix all together and bake at 300° on a cookie sheet for 30 minutes.
Remove and pour immediately onto waxed paper.
Serve.
