A chinese take on haystacks, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
- 1 c. roasted peanuts
Method
Melt peanut butter and morsels together in a saucepan over low heat.
Add noodles and peanuts to mixture until well coated.
Form little clusters on wax paper and allow to harden in refrigerator. Makes 24 pieces.
