A home-kitchen version of hobo stew(easy), written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good beef and pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 wieners, diced
- 1 envelope onion gravy mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (1 lb.) can mixed vegetables
- 1 c. water
Method
Brown beef; drain off fat.
Add vegetables, tomato sauce, water, gravy mix and wieners.
Cook on medium-high until hot and bubbly.
I double this recipe for my family.
