Hot Chicken Salad

A home-kitchen version of hot chicken salad, written step by step so it's easy to follow built around good chicken and pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. slivered, toasted almonds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. crushed potato chips
Method
Combine all, except chips.
Put into greased casserole.
Top with crushed chips and bake in 400° oven about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
