Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. slivered, toasted almonds
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. crushed potato chips

Method

  1. Combine all, except chips.

  2. Put into greased casserole.

  3. Top with crushed chips and bake in 400° oven about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
