Hot Chicken Salad

A home-kitchen version of hot chicken salad, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chopped chicken
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. salad dressing or mayo
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
Mix together, except soup and chips.
Place in 2-quart casserole dish.
Spoon soup on top.
Sprinkle with crushed chips. Bake in 350° oven for about 30 minutes.
