Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked chopped chicken
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. salad dressing or mayo
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Method

  1. Mix together, except soup and chips.

  2. Place in 2-quart casserole dish.

  3. Spoon soup on top.

  4. Sprinkle with crushed chips. Bake in 350° oven for about 30 minutes.
