Hot Fudge Sauce

A home-kitchen version of hot fudge sauce, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1/3 c. light corn syrup
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
Combine sugar and cocoa in small saucepan; blend in evaporated milk and corn syrup.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Boil and stir one minute.
Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
Serve warm.
