Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
Method
Heat oven to 350°.
Grease 9-inch pie pan.
Place ingredients in blender.
Place on high for 30 seconds.
Pour in pie pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Serve warm with fruit.
