Jalapeno Pie

A mexican take on jalapeno pie, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.

Ingredients
- 1 (7 oz.) can whole green chili peppers or 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Drain peppers (seed whole ones).
If using whole peppers, cut them lengthwise and line sides and bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Preheat oven to 350°.
