Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz.) can whole green chili peppers or 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Drain peppers (seed whole ones).

  2. If using whole peppers, cut them lengthwise and line sides and bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Preheat oven to 350°.
