Lemon Chip Cookies

A home-kitchen version of lemon chip cookies, written step by step so it's easy to follow that's worth the oven time.
Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. lemon chips
Method
Mix first 4 ingredients.
Pack in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
Mix last 6 ingredients.
Pour on top of baked bottom.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Cool; cut in squares.
